Our Horotiu Parts Department has relocated to a brand-new spot-on Ellis Street in Frankton, Hamilton.
Starting Monday 4th December, we will be trading from our new location,
177 Ellis Street, Frankton, Hamilton

September has granted us access to our new SD European Parts Centre location. Following extensive discussions and planning, renovations are now in progress to establish an environment that promotes speedy and efficient operations.
We're making significant strides in relocating our parts and dismantling yard from Horotiu to Frankton. Our dedicated team is putting in relentless efforts to ensure a seamless transition. Shelves are being set up, and we're carefully relocating thousands of Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Skoda, and VW parts.
In addition to this, we've invested time in refurbishing the offices for our parts advisors, giving them a fresh look with a new coat of paint and the installation of IT cables. The electricians have been hard at work, adding more lighting and powerpoints to enhance our workspace. We've also opened up the dismantling area and installed a hoist to improve productivity.
Furthermore, outside, the new 8.5m electric front gates are now in place and looking fantastic.
As the renovations near completion, November has been jam-packed as a segment of our team has transitioned to Ellis Street to commence the relocation of over 1000 used parts. Each item has undergone thorough checks, tagging, and recording to ensure our inventory is up to date as they are transferred to the new site. Our expanded location offers increased space for storage within the buildings, providing the perfect opportunity to add an extra mezzanine system, taking our storage capacity to the next level while streamlining our team's efficiency for prompt order fulfillment.
On the opening day at our new Ellis Street Parts Centre, we celebrated a significant milestone in our journey. The team was prepared and eager to assist drop-in customers, managing phone inquiries with efficiency and building valuable connections. Behind the scenes, our team continues to work hard to organise the last of the shelving, creating an efficient system for future service.
