What is Performance tuning?
In simple terms, tuning is all about making adjustments to your engine via the engine control unit (ECU). Most modern vehicles are hiding a decent chunk of power and fuel efficiency savings that can be unlocked in under 2 hours.

- How much does an ECU tune cost?
$1150 including GST
- Are the tunes safe for my ECU?
Yes - we copy and backup all ECU files before carrying out the tune so if in the rare case there were any glitches that occurred we can always reset the ECU back to it's original settings.
- How can you book in?

- Does this affect mechanical insurance?
This depends on your insurance company and policy. We always recommend to talk to your mechanical insurance company before carrying out any modifications to your vehicle.
- Is this safe for my engine?
Our tunes, which have been developed by European car tuning experts and used worldwide as well as in New Zealand for over 10 years are designed to increase the performance of the engine within the tolerances of the engine. As your vehicle will be getting more performance there are some precautions that should be taken to ensure a fully safe and reliable tune, including clean oil, oil filter, air filter, good spark plugs and coils.
- Does ECU tuning require certification?
